The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, conference meals, coffee breaks, and conference materials. Payment must be completed online via the conference website at the time of registration.
If the accompanying person requires conference-provided meals, a fee of USD 100 or CNY 700 is payable at the registration site. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or QR code.
If no meals are needed, there is no accompanying person fee.
Regardless of meal choice, please provide the accompanying person's information so the conference team can send relevant updates.
Participation in the Banquet Dinner is voluntary. The fee is USD 50 or CNY 350, payable at the registration site (cash, credit card, or QR code accepted).
After paying the registration fee, your reserved hotel room will be held until check-in. Accommodation charges are paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.
