Cancellations are accepted until May 31, 2024. Registrants will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to icap29@apm.ac.cn.
For unexpected situation such as visa application denial, the cancellation deadline will be extended to June 10, 2026. Requests must be submitted in writing to icap29@apm.ac.cn along with supporting documentation.
Transfer of registration to another person is allowed and must be requested in writing.
