Greetings from the Organizing Committee of ICAP29! As the conference approaches, we are pleased to provide you with the latest updates on the conference arrangements. Please carefully read the following important information and complete the necessary actions.

I. Conference Schedule & Registration Fee Information

• Conference Dates: June 14-19, 2026
• Check-in / Registration Date: June 14, 2026 (8：00—20：00)
• Registration Venue: Guests who have booked designated conference hotels may check in directly at their respective hotels. Attendees without room reservations or with unpaid registration fees, please proceed to the Jinchu Auditorium at the East Lake International Conference Center for registration and payment. Please note that on-site registration is extremely limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registration Fee Includes: Conference attendance, buffet meals, official conference kits, coffee breaks, and designated social programs.

II. Poster Presentation Requirements

• Notice: To ensure the standardization and visual quality of the poster session, please prepare and submit your poster uniformly in A0 size (841mm × 1189mm, portrait orientation). Please do not use other sizes, as this may result in display issues or affect communication during the session. Thank you for your cooperation!

III. Submission of Conference Information (Including Badge Info & Childcare Service Application)

To facilitate your smooth entry and security check, the organizing committee needs to prepare and print your official delegate/guest badge in advance. Meanwhile, for the convenience of our delegates, complimentary childcare services will be provided during the conference.
